Delivery & Returns

 Our shipping Policy

We aim to ship your products within 24 hours, and you will receive a 'sent' email notification to let you know your eyeshadows are on their way. ​

FREE Standard Shipping on all Hong Kong orders.

Please note:

·       Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed

·       A HK “business day” is considered to be Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays

·       International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates

Our Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with                       your eyeMajic, so if you want to return the product for any reason, please post it back to us and we can either exchange it for a different colour or give you a full refund (minus any shipping costs).
